How to Enter: Submit a dedicated form provided by Sponsor, either through Meta or LinkedIn, or by visiting this link. Once submitted, a ConverSight representative will follow-up to host a short call, and begin the audit process. 

Promotional Period: Effective June 1st 2025. Offer valid through July 31, 2025, after which point it will no longer be valid unless extended or terminated earlier by Sponsor. This is a limited-time offer available while supplies last.

Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to: Individuals who are 18 years of age or older and authorized to act on behalf of their company and Businesses currently using a qualifying ERP software or system including and limited to Acumatica®. Limit one (1) free audit per business entity or system instance. Void in the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Employees of ConverSight.ai Inc. and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, support, advertisement of the Promotion, and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter.

Audit Description: The free audit includes a one-time analysis of your data related to a Dead Inventory Assessment or Tariff Profitability Assessment. Limit one (1) free audit per business entity or system instance. The analysis covers only one Assessment - Dead Inventory or Tariff Profitability.  The audit is informational only and is designed to offer insights based on submitted data. It does not include custom development, implementation, or consulting services unless separately contracted. A paid ConverSight contract is required for additional analyses, insights, functionality, and decision intelligence platform consumption. 

No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Promotion does not require a purchase. No financial obligation is required to receive the audit.

Data Submission and Use: To perform the audit, you must provide relevant and accurate business data. By submitting data: You affirm that you have the legal right to share the data with us. You grant us a limited license to use the data solely for the purpose of completing and delivering the audit. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which you are encouraged to review. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

Results and Accuracy:  Audit results are for informational purposes only and are based solely on the data you provide. We make no representations or warranties regarding: The completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the results, The applicability of the findings to your business decisions, and Any future outcomes based on the use of audit insights. Decisions based on the audit are made at the participant’s sole discretion and risk. 

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any: Losses or damages resulting from the use of the audit results, Business interruption or lost profits, Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Participants assume all risk and liability related to participation.

Intellectual Property: All materials used or created in connection with the audit remain the intellectual property of the Company. Trademarks and trade names mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Participants may not copy, distribute, or publicly share audit results or deliverables without written permission. All trademarks, tradenames, and brand names mentioned in connection with this Promotion are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. 

No Obligation: This Promotion does not: Create a business relationship beyond the scope of the audit, Guarantee or require any future purchase, engagement, or subscription. Any future services or functionality must be purchased under a separate written agreement.

Right to Modify or Cancel:

The Company reserves the right to: Modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, with or without notice, and Reject any participant at our sole discretion, particularly if abuse or misuse is suspected.

Jurisdiction: The terms of this Promotion shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the prize (or portion thereof) awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages including attorney’s fees or any other damages, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS DOCUMENT AND I’M VOLUNTEERING TO ENGAGE IN THE PROMOTION. I AM NOT RELYING ON ANY STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY AS AN INDUCEMENT TO MY VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPATION.
