By participating in the “Take a Demo, Get $100” promotion (“Promotion”) offered by ConverSight.ai Inc. (“Sponsor”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

I hereby confirm that I am not a government employee, or work on behalf of the government, which includes, but is not limited to: government agencies bodies, schools, or hospitals.

How to Enter: Submit a dedicated form provided by Sponsor, either through Meta or LinkedIn, or by visiting here . Once submitted, a ConverSight representative will follow-up to confirm a demo date and time. By submitting the form, you are not automatically entered into the promotion. Participants must meet all eligibility requirements, schedule and complete a live demo of the ConverSight platform, and complete a brief post-demo survey.

Promotional Period: The Promotion runs from September 5th, 2025 through December 31st, 2025, after which point it will no longer be valid unless extended or terminated earlier by Sponsor. This is a limited-time offer available while supplies last.

Eligibility: This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. To qualify, participants must: Be current users of Acumatica, Priority Software ERP, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Schedule and complete a live demo of the ConverSight platform. If participants arrive to the demo meeting virtually, participants must be present on the call with webcams on, and engage in conversation. Complete a brief post-demo survey. ERP usage and company legitimacy must be verified. Limit one (1) reward per eligible individual, business entity, or ERP instance. Void in the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Employees of ConverSight.ai Inc. and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, support, advertisement of the Promotion, and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter. 

Reward: Eligible participants who complete the demo and required post-demo survey will receive a $100 e-gift card delivered to the participant’s email address on file. The form, brand, and delivery method of the e-gift card are at Sponsor’s discretion. Reward will be delivered within a reasonable amount of time after participant has completed requirements. 

Restrictions: Offer valid in the United States only. Limit one e-gift card per person, ERP instance, and/or company. ERP usage and company legitimacy must be verified. Rewards are  non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted. ConverSight is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable emails. 

Data Use and Privacy:  By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your contact and business information for the purposes of administering this Promotion and potential future marketing communications, in accordance with ConverSight’s Privacy Policy. 

Intellectual Property: All trademarks, tradenames, and brand names mentioned in connection with this Promotion are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. 

Program Modification and Termination: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion or its terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. All decisions made by ConverSight.ai Inc. regarding eligibility or reward issuance are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor will not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or from any use of a reward. Participants assume all risk and liability related to participation.

Jurisdiction: The terms of this Promotion shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the prize (or portion thereof) awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages including attorney’s fees or any other damages, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
