Promotion Start/End Dates: You must purchase a 12-month or 1-year term of Fishbowl AI Insights Tier 1 or Tier 2 on, or before December 31st 2025, 11:59am EDT time (UTC−05:00).
Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Void in the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Validity Period: Promotion is valid up to and including December 31st 2025, after which point it will no longer be valid.
Redemption: Promotion entitles the receiving company to a one-time credit of 20%-off a 12-month or 1-year subscription term for Fishbowl AI Insights Tier 1 or Fishbowl AI Insights Tier 2 , with a maximum potential value of no more $1,197.60 USD. Your ConverSight representative will confirm a valid form submission at the time of purchase. This Promotion is solely for the purchase of Fishbowl AI Insights Tier 1 or Fishbowl AI Insights Tier 2, and is not redeemable for cash.
Non-Refundable: Promotion is non-refundable and has no cash value. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for other ConverSight services, subscriptions, or platform fees.
Non-Transferable: Promotional discount is to be used only by the individual or company to whom it is issued. Transfer or resale of this Promition is strictly prohibited. Ownership is restricted to the purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person, company, or entity post-purchase
Exclusions: Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts. Excludes use for buying additional services and custom requests.
Cancellation: ConverSight.ai Inc. reserves the right to cancel this subscription discount if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, for any misuse, or violation of terms at any time.

Jurisdiction: The terms of this Promotion shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the prize (or portion thereof) awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages including attorney’s fees or any other damages, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
